What is better than making an event out of our yoga sesh? Join my Saturday morning ashtanga class that is followed by a delish vegan organic brunch at MOTHER Juiceworks cafe in Hackney Wick. From my experience, it is so nice get to know the people we practice with. It really helps us to truly embody the community + wholeness aspects of yoga: we are all different, and yet all the same. We love to move, and (right after that) we love to eat :P

YOGA STYLE: Ashtanga vinyasa
All levels are welcome, as we build on the traditional ashtanga practice. Breath is the focus, as we let this guide our movements. Modifications and support are available to beginners, as well as experienced practitioners. Expect to hold poses for 3-5 breaths each, and to move through vinyasas in between seated poses.
