My weekly Tuesday Ashtanga class takes place in the bright and beautiful space of Maple & Kings. A mid-week dynamic ashtanga flow, all levels are welcome, as we build on the traditional ashtanga practice. Breath is the focus, as we let this guide our movements. Modifications and support are available to beginners, as well as experienced practitioners. Expect to hold poses for 5 breaths each, and to move through vinyasas in between seated poses.
